Aptiv Employer Branding
I was approached by Aptiv for a project to overhaul their employer brand to help them develop a unique identity for their hiring teams. The goal was to bring a fresh design perspective that followed the established Aptiv brand guidelines.
The Aptiv team was looking for a fresh perspective on how to use their existing brand guidelines and elements, but create a unique execution specifically for their employer branding.
The result was a softer approach to their modern, sharp brand identity that was inspired by the drafting table. All great ideas start with team work, rough drafts, and outlines drawn on a white board. I took the monochromatic branding and applied new elements that allowed the Aptiv team to create a fun identity when appealing to prospective hires.
Dotted draft paper, polaroids, highlighters, and wireframes were all visual elements I used to elevate the Aptiv brand into something that the time could replicate and evolve internally over time.
