LEAD DESIGNER

Lead Visual Designer in an in-house creative team at Brightside Health, a rapidly growing startup providing science-backed online mental health care for mild to severe symptoms. Is a key leader in this role, establishing and evolving the brand's visual identity and execution across all marketing channels. Guides and mentors the design team to ensure brand consistency while fostering continued innovation and creative evolution.

Collaborates closely with the Creative Director, VP of Brand & Marketing, and CMO to lead design across all marketing channels, driving creative strategies that align with business objectives. Successfully launched new web designs, UX/UI updates, and landing page templates, resulting in a 33% lift in page conversions and significantly improved user engagement.

Mentors the design team while leading by example, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment where innovation thrives. SENIOR DESIGNER • (Aug 2015 – Jun 2018)

Responsible for coordinating with key members across marketing, product, and development teams to strategize and develop high-quality website designs and brand assets. Involved in discovery and idea-generating team sessions, taking directional lead on projects, and presenting to executives with logical rational. Works with Creative Directors to ideate marketing initiatives including brand integration, social media efforts, video production, and print collateral.

Provides art direction for the iPage brand, created the brand identity, style guide, and UX/UI design systems. Saw iPage gain a 5% increase in customer acquisitions within the first 4 weeks proceeding the launch of a new iPage redesign.

Full Circle Design (2012 - 2015) • Melrose, MA

SENIOR DESIGNER / DEVELOPER

Responsible for designing and developing custom WordPress websites, branding initiatives, logos, booklets, and other print media for a variety of projects in an agency setting. Emphasis is held on clean coding through HTML/CSS, responsive web interface across desktop and mobile platforms. Assisted in supplying support to current clients and prospective customers through LiveChat communications. Presented projects to various clients and training on custom built solutions.

Premiere Networks (2010 - 2012) • Los Angeles, CA

DESIGNER / DEVELOPER

Responsible for the design and front-end development of websites, promotional micro sites, email templates, and advertisements for nationally syndicated radio shows and celebrity/entertainment based client websites. Successfully expanded digital traffic through engaging designs, gaining over 12,000 submissions to a single promotional micro-site.

Interfaced with talent such as Nikki Sixx, Ryan Seacrest, Steve Harvey, Keith Sweat, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, George Noory, and Ronnie Wood regarding design requirements. Worked directly with sponsors and advertisers such as Subway, Bioré, Universal Pictures, Universal Music, Carbonite, Home Depot, GAP and Banana Republic on promotional and marketing tactics to reach target audiences.

Tattoo Artist (2008 - 2010) • Ventura, CA

I was a resident tattoo artist in California, specializing in black and grey artwork. I was also managing the website, our promotional materials, and interviewed for several local programs highlighting female artists.
